Our Story
Built slowly, on purpose
Maréval began in 2008 as a two-room office on the Promenade des Anglais, founded on the belief that the finest homes are rarely sold — they are placed, quietly, between people who were introduced for a reason.
We have grown since, but deliberately little. Two offices, a handful of advisors, and a strict ceiling on how many mandates any of us carries at once. It is the only way we know to give a significant home the attention it deserves.
Most of what we do never appears in a listing. That is not secrecy for its own sake — it is what our clients ask of us, and what the houses themselves are owed.

Isabelle Maréchal opens a two-room office on the Promenade des Anglais with a single conviction: significant homes deserve unhurried advice.
2013
The first quiet placement
A Cap Ferrat estate changes hands without ever being listed. Off-market placement becomes the house specialty.
2017
North to Stockholm
A second office on Strandvägen extends the network to the Nordic archipelagos and lake districts.

A deliberate ceiling
Maréval caps active mandates per advisor. Growth in reputation, not in volume.
