Isabelle founded Maréval in 2008 after twelve years advising private banks on property collateral along the Côte d'Azur — work that taught her more about what makes a house hold its value than any brochure ever could.

She still leads every Riviera mandate personally. Her clients rarely meet more than one other person from the firm, and several of her most significant placements have never appeared in print.

Sofia joined from a family office where she managed acquisitions no one was ever meant to read about. She brought that discipline with her: closed lists, sealed viewings, and negotiations conducted entirely by introduction.

Today she runs Maréval's private client desk across all markets — the mandates that begin with a phone call and end with a handshake, and nothing in between that could be photographed.
